AMC Technology Announces DaVinci App For Microsoft Dynamics
The integrations to Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and SAP C4C provided by DaVinci and the CPaaS like Twilio Flex, Amazon Connect and Nexmo and The Vonage API Platform, add to the breadth of connections AMC already provides with its premise-based platform, Picasso.
The DaVinci app gives contact centers the ability to pick and consolidate all of the communication channels which they use in one place effectively.
Giving them the seamless integration of opening communications from one hub over the cloud without bothering with the hassle of setting, configuring, and switching channels for each and every different service which they utilise.
Customers could configure Skype for Business for agent-to-agent chatting, Twilio Flex for voice and customer chat and Vonage/Nexmo for SMS handling. If an organization has made these apps available, DaVinci will manage them and provide a seamless experience for the agent.

The nature of the cloud offering brings a new set of benefits to customers including ease of installation, registry and configuration, and affordable payment options for all business sizes with various subscription models.
AMC is one of the first companies to offer support for Microsoft’s new Channel Integration Framework, which enables an immersive communication experience.
AMC Technology will be unveiling details of the DaVinci app on CRMUG’s Summit in Phoenix October 15-18 through feature demos and interface reveals at booth #1536 at the Phoenix Convention Center.
Customers are told to expect features such as call notes, screen pop, activity creation, and advanced reports. Further details are to be unveiled at the venue.
